I am still in full recovery mode from Austin City Limits but I will say it was one of the most fun weekends I have had all semester! It was definitely a tad out of my comfort zone because I didn't really know too many artists. I think that is what made me like it even more though. I love experiencing new things.
I thought I would share brief recaps of each day with outfits included. I do apologize because a lot of the clothes I wore are sold out only because I bought them waaaay in advance. So I tried my best to link similar items below each day.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to go to the full first day of ACL. I got there right on time for Major Lazer though, which was one of my favorite performances of the weekend! I loved my outfit this day because it was really simple; just a bodysuit and skirt.
Side note.. I am obsessing over skirts in this style. I love the structure of them and they are adorable with the buttons all the way up! I can't stop buying them but they are perfect for the Fall transition. I can wear long sleeves or a sweater while still keeping cool and showing off some leg.
Tip #1: SHOES
I didn't want to ruin any shoes so I wore some old comfy converse. I would advise you to not go all out with bran new shoes or anything you wouldn't want to get dirty.
This might have been the most exhausting day of my life, haha. The sun really took it out of me off and on. My best friend, Sarah, and I would lounge in the shade and I swore I would doze off constantly. Despite the tiredness, it was also my favorite day! I got to see a lot of artists I had never heard of, which is something I love. Finding a new artist or song that I can play on repeat in my car is just one of those quirks that makes me giddy.
Also, I got to see Chainsmokers!!!!! This was a big deal because when they come out with a new song I will play it on repeat for a solid three months, haha. Their music makes me feel super upbeat and in a way, alive.
This jersey though! I ordered it awhile back through a friend and I got really worried that it wasn't going to come in on time. So I checked the mail like every day last week, haha. We were leaving my apartment to head to ACL and I thought why not just check one more time. IT WAS THERE! Imagine my excitement.
Tip #2: SUNSCREEN
I'll just leave it at that.
The biggest event of this day, in between all of my naps in the park, was Mumford and Sons! The whole weekend was meant for Sarah to see all the artists perform while I was dragged around. Sarah seeing Mumford is like me getting first look at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, haha. I will say that I enjoyed seeing them as well. It was truly an amazing experience and wouldn't have wanted to spend it with anyone else!
Tip #3: MONEY
The tickets themselves are really expensive and expect to blow a lot of money the whole weekend. You have to find somewhere to stay, places to eat, and of course outfits are a must! But splurge a little. Get a snow cone (or two, in my case) and the NACHOS. I am drooling just thinking about them now.

Last week I hosted my first event as a blogger at The Impeccable Pig boutique. It was such an great experience and opportunity! It makes me so excited for what the future holds for me as a blogger.
The Impeccable Pig has the cutest store set up that is so trendy and crisp. I appreciate stores that are simple and dainty allowing the clothes to speak for themselves, which I feel like this boutique does. It makes the shopping experience that much better. Also, the merchandise is super trendy and versatile. It was so hard to decide what I wanted to buy because I literally fell in love with everything!
After doing this event I look forward to doing so many more with The Impeccable Pig and other boutiques as well!
